We can easily use this product of google for free from anywhere of the world. for this we should follow some simple steps as follows;

Setp 1: Go to www.blogger.com and Click on SIGN UP

(if you Have google account then sign on with your account and jump to step 6)
Step 2: Fill Up the form completely, Tick on "I agree to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy"
Step 3: Click on "Next Step"
Step 4: Add Your pic (if you like to add ) and click on "Next Step"
Step 5: Now you Have Created Your Google Account. Click on "Back To Blogger"
Step 6: Click on "Continue to Blogger"
Step 7: Now Click on "New Blog"
Step 8: Choose blog title (for e.g. "Complete Blogger Help")
Step 9: Choose your cool .blogstpo name (For e.g. "blogguru00" and your web address will be as
www.blogguru99.blogspot.com) [Blogger checks your name is available or not and shows result ]
Step10: Pick a template by clicking on one shown below the blog name. [We can change this latter too.]
Step11: Your Blog is ready, now you can start post just clicking on "Start Posting" or in Picture of pencil
Step12: Type your post title and in body page post what you want to write. and finally click on publish.
